Discrimination against White Americans does occur and is prohibited by federal civil-rights law. It deserves the same serious, impartial examination as discrimination affecting any other group.

This publication examines laws, court decisions, public policies, documented cases, and verifiable data relating to claims of discrimination involving White Americans while affirming the principle that every person is entitled to equal civil and constitutional rights under the law.

Our mission is to promote informed, respectful discussion grounded in facts, primary legal sources, and evidence—not hostility toward any individual or group.

Guided by Judeo-Christian values that affirm the dignity, worth, and equal protection of every person, we believe in personal responsibility, honesty, compassion, family and community, respect for the rule of law, freedom of conscience, and the freedom to practice one’s faith without coercion.

WhiteAmericanRights.com believes Americans of European descent have the same right as every other community to understand, preserve, discuss, and celebrate their cultural heritage, history, traditions, and contributions.

We support the same standards of fairness, dignity, and respect toward the heritage of other ethnic groups, without stereotyping, collective blame, or hostility toward others.

We believe equal protection under the law is a fundamental American principle. Every United States citizen deserves equal justice, equal opportunity, and equal protection under the Constitution.
